Bring the ticket, the crash report, the letter from the creditor, whatever started it, and if you have nothing at all, come anyway. The first conversation is free either way.

Most matters from here are heard in the town and village justice courts of Onondaga County, in Syracuse City Court, or in County Court for felony charges. Which court a case lands in is decided by the municipal line you were inside at the time, not by where you live. That page lists every one of them with an address and a phone number.

One of twenty-six town and village justice courts, or Syracuse City Court at 505 South State Street if you were stopped inside the city limits. It is decided by the municipal line you were inside at the time, not by where you live or where you were heading.
That is normal here and it catches people out. Twelve of Onondaga County's twenty-six courts sit somewhere other than their namesake town — Camillus Town Court is in Syracuse, Pompey Town Court is in Manlius, Otisco Town Court is in Tully. Go by the address, never the name.
There are, and they are different courts in different places. Manlius Town Court sits in Fayetteville; Manlius Village Court sits in Manlius. Read the address on your paperwork rather than the name, because turning up at the wrong one counts as failing to appear.
Cicero, if you are anywhere north of the city. Brewerton, Clay, Liverpool, Baldwinsville and North Syracuse are all shorter drives to here than to Cortland, and this office is the one the main phone line rings at. Nothing about your matter changes either way.
Onondaga County has Syracuse City Court plus a long list of town and village courts, and a matter lands in whichever one covers the spot it happened. That is why this office is not organized around the courthouse downtown.
